>>R4 Competition Rules

	Drivers
1.	All Drivers/Passengers must be Licensed drivers.
2.	You may only enter 1 vehicle in the event, however multiple drivers(maximum of 3) may enter the event using the same vehicle. If the vehicle somehow becomes disabled, other drivers may compete in a fellow competitor’s car to complete their runs. No refunds will be issued.
3.	Any Competitor under the age of 18 must have a legal guardian present at the event to sign waivers for participation. If a parent or Guardian is not available on the event date, special arrangements must be made with the event organizers in advance. Proof of legal guardianship is the responsibility of the competitor.
4.	The GCRallyX staff has the right to refuse any competitor at any time for any reason, and does not have to disclose reason.
5.	All Competitors must start in the start box(marked by 4 cones), any competitor starting before the start box will be disqualified. Timing of the run will start beyond the start box marked by double cones.
6.	All cones/delineators/course markers knocked over/significantly moved during any given run will incur a 3 second penalty. All penalties are at the discretion of the GCRallyX staff.
7.	Timing will be handled by GCRallyX staff, run times will be available on a remote monitor near the timing location.
8.	Any issues with timing or any situation that is cause for concern must be brought to light through professional means via written inquiry. Forms will be available at the R4 registration area. An official notice board will contain your inquiry. A written response along with any action taken will be posted within 1 hour of inquiry, and no later than the official results are posted.
9.	A Maximum of 2 occupants per vehicle while competing.
10.	The course will be designed in a matter which car control is more valuable that power.
	Vehicle Eligibility
1.	All vehicles competing in the R4 series must be AWD/4WD.
2.	All competing vehicles must run on “competition” Rally tires or light truck tires in a size of 26” outer diameter minimum. A tire’s eligibility will be at the discretion of GCRallyX staff.
3.	Any Modifications to enhance the performance of the vehicle are permitted; modifications to enhance the safety of the vehicle are recommended and encouraged.
4.	Vehicle competition numbers for all competitors in that vehicle must be displayed on driver’s side rear windows.
